We are a family business producing a genuine field to fork experience. You can order your meat hamper at our online shop, via email or give us a call. Our produce is reared on our home farm, which is situated at the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains, or by our partner farms, thus ensuring the best possible environment and welfare standards for our livestock.

The free range, pasture based diet combined with our passion and love of producing the finest tasting meat is what we believe makes the difference. All our produce is prepared using traditional butchery methods passed down over generations. We ensure all our produce is hung and left to mature for the appropriate amount of time, thus ensuring flavour, tenderness and exceptional eating quality.
